Michele Gualano Obituary, Death; – The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office has confirmed the identity of a woman who was fatally shot on the North Side of San Antonio. Michele Gualano, aged 47, succumbed to injuries from a gunshot wound, as reported by the Medical Examiner’s office. Her death has been classified as a suicide.
When law enforcement arrived at the location, they also found a man who had sustained gunshot injuries. He was immediately transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition. Authorities indicated that the man and woman were thought to be in a relationship.
