Michael Haley Arrested; – Police have identified the 70-year-old man who was arrested after a homicide in Otsego County on June 12.

Michael Haley, of Gaylord, was arraigned in the 87-A District Court in Otsego County on June 13. He is charged with one count of homicide, according to a news release from the Michigan State Police.
