Michael Bullard Obituary, Death; – A pedestrian lost his life on Interstate 40 in Roane County on August 28.
“It appeared that the individual had driven his vehicle into the median and was walking along the interstate when he was struck by another car,” stated Roane County Medical Examiner Dr. Thomas Boduch.
The deceased pedestrian was identified as 47-year-old Michael Bullard.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol is conducting an investigation into the incident, which occurred at approximately 11:45 p.m. According to the report, Bullard was trying to cross the westbound lanes of the interstate when he was hit by a Chevy Captiva operated by Daniel Worsham.
Bullard sustained multiple traumatic injuries and was declared dead at the scene.
“He did not undergo an autopsy, and there are no charges currently pending,” Boduch remarked.
