Michael Barber Obituary, Death; – The individual who lost their life after being struck by a vehicle on Tuesday evening has been named. Michael Barber, a 55-year-old resident of St. Albans, was crossing South Main Street at approximately 6:00 p.m. when he was hit by a car driven by 27-year-old Dylan Swann, also from St. Albans. According to the St. Albans Police Department, impairment and speed are not expected to be contributing factors in this incident. However, the investigation is still active and ongoing.
