Mary Isbell Obituary, Death; – A woman facing capital murder charges for allegedly pushing another woman off a cliff received court permission on Wednesday to wear an electronic stun vest during her forthcoming trial. Loretta Carr requested this modification to avoid appearing in handcuffs and a jail jumpsuit.
Carr is currently incarcerated without bond. Both Carr and her daughter, Jessie Kelly, are accused of murdering Mary Isbell in 2021. The remains of Isbell were discovered in Little River Canyon National Preserve in 2023. Carr’s trial is set to commence in December.
