Mark Stover Obituary, Death; – The Temple Police have confirmed the identity of the pedestrian who was tragically struck and killed on an I-35 exit ramp on Monday as 51-year-old Mark Stover, a resident of Washington. Stover was declared deceased at the scene, located in the 5900 block of General Bruce Drive, shortly after 5:00 a.m.
According to police reports, he was walking on the exit ramp at exit 304, near H. K. Dodgen Loop, when a vehicle exiting the interstate collided with him. Authorities noted that the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene following the incident.
