Marik Roscoe Obituary, Death; – Portland Police report that a 14-year-old named Marik Roscoe was shot in the Powellhurst-Gilbert Neighborhood on Sunday, November 16, 2025.
The Medical Examiner has determined that Roscoe’s death was a homicide resulting from a gunshot wound.
“A 17-year-old and a 42-year-old, both male, were also shot and are anticipated to survive,” stated Portland Police in a press release. “Additionally, a 19-year-old male sustained injuries and is expected to recover.”
Authorities indicate that no arrests have been made thus far, and the investigation is still active. “Currently, detectives do not consider this to be a random act,” Portland Police noted.
