Major Kip Smith Obituary, Death; – Police have identified the man who was killed in a shooting on Sunday in Baltimore.
According to police, 61-year-old Major Kip Smith was killed on August 31 in the 5000 block of Palmer Avenue. Homicide detectives are investigating. Anyone with information is asked to contact them at 410-396-2100.
