Maddex Fiesta Obituary, Death; – The Honolulu Medical Examiner (ME) identified the young boy who died in a crash that occurred in the Ewa Beach area on August 20, 2025.
According to the ME’s office, the 15-year-old was identified as Maddex Fiesta. The cause of death was classified as blunt force head trauma, and the manner of his death was confirmed to be an accident by the ME.
