Lois Marie Bowman Obituary, Death;- The Rockcastle County Coroner’s Office has identified the woman killed in a deadly house fire in Mount Vernon.
Officials say 73-year-old Lois Marie Bowman was found dead Sunday morning after a fire at a home on Davis Street. Her body was sent to the state medical examiner’s office in Frankfort for an autopsy.
Mount Vernon Police and the Kentucky State Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating the cause of the fire. According to family members, the family dog also died in the fire. A GoFundMe has been created to help with funeral expenses.
