Leonard Taylor Jr Obituary, Death; – The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) has disclosed the identity of the individual who lost his life in a shooting incident that occurred in Southeast D.C. over the weekend. The victim has been identified as 28-year-old Leonard Taylor Jr., a resident of Suitland, MD.
According to MPD, officers responded to a report of a crash in the 1400 block of 18th Street shortly before 9 a.m. on Sunday, October 20. Upon their arrival, they discovered Taylor, who had sustained gunshot wounds, unconscious and not breathing inside a vehicle. Despite the efforts of medics to revive him, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
