Lashera Miller Obituary, Death; – Authorities have confirmed the identity of the pedestrian who was tragically struck and killed last week in Pleasantville as a 36-year-old woman.
Lashera Miller, a resident of Pleasantville, was struck by an eastbound SUV while crossing the Black Horse Pike near the intersection with South Main Street at approximately 5:50 p.m. on December 4, according to city police.
The 33-year-old driver did not stop immediately but later returned to the scene to speak with law enforcement. Although the Atlantic City man has not yet been charged, the investigation remains active, as stated by the police.
