The incident occurred around 1:30 p.m. on November 17 at the Trails at Northpointe Apartments, where Lamar Washington was shot while inside his vehicle. On Thursday, law enforcement officials announced the arrest of 17-year-old Jaylon Pearson, who has been charged with capital murder.
