Kristina Nix Obituary, Death; – The Caddo Parish Coroner’s Office has confirmed the identity of a woman who sustained fatal injuries in an accident on Tuesday, November 19. The collision occurred on the Clyde Fant Memorial Parkway at Island Park Boulevard. According to officials, 45-year-old Kristina Nix incurred multiple blunt-force injuries as a result of the crash. She was pronounced dead at Ochsner LSU Health Hospital at 5:13 p.m. The investigation into the accident is ongoing.
