The victim has been identified as Kerage Bailey, residing on Balmagie Road, Kingston 11. According to reports, at approximately 8:05 PM, Bailey was engaged in washing his car when an armed assailant approached and opened fire. Residents alerted the authorities, and law enforcement arrived at the scene. Subsequently, Bailey was pronounced dead at the hospital.
