Keith Garrett,Randolph Smith Obituary, Death; – Baltimore police have released the identities of three individuals who were killed in separate incidents this month.
Police say that Keith Garrett, born December 19, 1964, was killed on July 12 in the 2800 block of Chesterfield Avenue. Also identified was Randolph Smith, born June 28, 1969, who was killed on July 13 in the 3900 block of Frederick Avenue.
Jamard Thomas, born July 4, 1985, was shot on July 4 in the 2600 block of Greenmount Avenue. He succumbed to his injuries on July 8. Homicide Detectives are asking anyone with information to contact them at 410-396-2100 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7Lockup.
