Karsten Gopinath Obituary, Death; – A man who lost his life in a multi-vehicle accident in West Los Angeles on Thursday night has been named.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, they received reports of the incident occurring at the intersection of Olympic Boulevard and Centinela Avenue at approximately 7:35 p.m. The police stated that the individual, identified as 53-year-old Karsten Gopinath, was operating his Tesla westbound on Olympic Boulevard at the time of the collision. Gopinath’s vehicle struck another car that was making a left turn onto Centinela Avenue, as reported by the LAPD.
The crash involved at least six additional vehicles. Gopinath was declared dead at the scene. One individual was taken to the hospital and is currently in stable condition. Nearby streets were closed for several hours while authorities conducted their investigation.
