Kameron Martin Obituary, Death; – A man who was shot and fatally injured in south Shreveport late Sunday night has been identified by the Caddo Parish Coroner’s office.
According to the coroner’s office, 18-year-old Kameron Martin was shot outside his residence in the 8900 block of Brookwood Drive in the South Park neighborhood at approximately 11:20 p.m. He was transported to Willis-Knighton South hospital, where he was declared dead at 12:10 a.m. on Monday.
The Shreveport Police Department is currently investigating the incident. This incident marks the 50th homicide in Caddo Parish for the year 2024 and the 47th within the city limits of Shreveport. An autopsy has been ordered.
