Justin Ciaccia Obituary, Death; – A 33-year-old man from Levittown was identified on Monday as the individual who lost his life in a triple shooting that took place on Saturday night in Middletown Township.

Authorities have confirmed the deceased to be Justin Ciaccia. In addition to Ciaccia, two other individuals were injured in the incident: a 33-year-old woman from Hulmeville Borough and a 57-year-old man from Levittown.

As of Monday, both injured individuals were reported to be in serious but stable condition, according to police Captain Peter Feeney. Officers responded to a report of an armed individual at 10:33 p.m. on Saturday on Quickset Road in the Quincy Hollow area of Levittown. The nature of the call was escalated to shots fired while officers were en route.

Upon arrival, police discovered a man with a gunshot wound lying outside the residence. Officers quickly pulled him to safety and initiated lifesaving measures, as reported by officials.

Ciaccia was pronounced dead at the scene. The 33-year-old woman suffered a head injury, while the 57-year-old man sustained gunshot wounds to his torso and leg. Both injured individuals were transported to local trauma centers for treatment.

Feeney indicated that detectives were continuing their investigation on Monday to “sort out the facts” and ascertain the exact sequence of events. Feeney also confirmed that Ciaccia was the son-in-law of the 57-year-old man. The 57-year-old man had previously resided at the Quickset Road home, but he was separated from his wife, according to Feeney.

Investigators suspect that a dispute arose between the two men, which led to gunfire inside the residence. One of the men then exited the home and returned fire into the dwelling, Feeney informed LevittownNow.com. The 33-year-old woman is believed to have been caught in the crossfire.

“There was some kind of dispute at some point, and both individuals drew weapons and fired shots,” Feeney stated, noting that it appears both men were using handguns.

The 57-year-old man’s estranged wife was not injured and was not in the same part of the home at the time of the shooting.

Feeney noted it did not appear that the 57-year-old man went to the home with the intent of firing a gun. Detectives from Middletown Township police and the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office executed a search warrant on the home and spent hours processing the scene.

Feeney assured the public that the incident was isolated and there is no ongoing threat to the community. Patrol officers, along with responders from surrounding townships, medics and firefighters, quickly arrived at the scene and provided aid to all three victims. The quick actions of patrol officers most likely saved lives, Feeney said. As of Monday, no charges had been filed in the case.
