Juan Alvarado Obituary, Death; – A resident of Mannsville lost his life in a single-vehicle accident near Madill late Sunday night. According to Oklahoma state troopers, 37-year-old Juan Alvarado was driving northbound on SH-199, approximately two miles north of Madill, shortly after 10:30 p.m. when his vehicle veered off the road, overturned, and collided with a tree.
Alvarado was declared deceased at the scene. There were no other occupants in the vehicle, and troopers confirmed that Alvarado was wearing a seat belt at the time of the incident. The investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing.
