Josue Pinadelatorre,Andrew Sanchez Obituary, Death; – The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office has confirmed the identities of 12 individuals who lost their lives in the floods that occurred on June 12 in San Antonio. One individual remains unidentified.
The following individuals have been recognized as victims of the floods:
43-year-old Derwin Anderson, discovered in the Callaghan and Hwy 90 vicinity
41-year-old Roseann Cobb, located in the Wurzbach Parkway area
67-year-old Carlos Valdez III, found in the 410/Perrin Beitel region
55-year-old Martha De La Torre Rangel, identified in the 410/Perrin Beitel area
28-year-old Victor Manuel Macias Castro, located in the 410/Perrin Beitel vicinity
51-year-old Matthew Angel Tufuno, found in the 410/Perrin Beitel area
29-year-old Christine Gonzalez, discovered in the 410/Perrin Beitel region
61-year-old Rudy Garza, located in the 410/Perrin Beitel area
28-year-old Josue Pinadelatorre, found in the 410/Perrin Beitel vicinity
60-year-old Andrew Sanchez, identified in the 410/Perrin Beitel area
63-year-old Brett Riley, discovered in the 410/Perrin Beitel region
42-year-old Stevie Richards, located in the 410/Perrin Beitel area
The medical examiner’s office has stated that efforts are ongoing to identify and confirm the next of kin for the 13th victim.
Emergency response teams attended to multiple water rescue calls as witnesses reported vehicles being carried away in the vicinity of NE Loop 410 and Perrin Beitel shortly after 5 a.m. on June 12.
According to San Antonio police, at least 13 vehicles were found submerged in various locations.
