Jose Federico Ramos Alvarez Obituary, Death: – A man passed away at a hospital following a collision in Lynchburg early Wednesday morning, as reported by local law enforcement. The incident took place at 12:23 a.m. on September 4 on US-460 East, near Campbell Avenue, prompting a response from police and fire crews to reports of a two-vehicle accident.
Upon their arrival, authorities discovered one vehicle overturned on its side, while the other was facing the opposite direction. The deceased, identified as 36-year-old Jose Federico Ramos Alvarez, was found in the overturned vehicle. He was transported to the hospital but unfortunately did not survive his injuries.
The two individuals in the other vehicle were also taken to the hospital, but their injuries were not life-threatening.
