Johnny Ray Robinson,Jonathan Green Obituary, Death;- The identities of the two victims who were shot and killed during a mass shooting on Saturday morning have been released.
The Shreveport Police Department received a call just after 2 a.m. regarding a mass shooting occurring in the 1600 block of Poland Avenue.
Upon their arrival, officers were met with a chaotic situation, discovering two individuals deceased and six others injured. According to the police, over 150 people were present at the scene when the gunfire erupted.
On Sunday, September 21, the Caddo Parish Coroner’s Office identified the deceased as Johnny Ray Robinson, aged 44, and Jonathan Green, aged 41.
Authorities indicated that this incident is believed to have been a targeted attack involving multiple shooters. The intended target was hit but sustained injuries that are not life-threatening.
The deaths of Robinson and Green represent the 27th and 28th confirmed homicides in Shreveport for the year 2025.
