Johnny Mims Obituary, Death; – A 29-year-old man was killed in a single-vehicle crash that occurred in Chilton County on Wednesday afternoon, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.
Johnny Mims, of Jemison, was killed when the 2002 GMC Yukon he was driving left the roadway and overturned. He was reportedly not wearing a seat belt, and he was ejected from the car. Mims died at the scene.
The crash happened at around 12:08 p.m. on Chilton County 24 near Chilton County 375.
