John Pilcher Obituary, Death; – Fargo Police have released the identity of the man killed in an assault in Downtown Fargo on August 3.
According to a release from FPD, 55-year-old John Pilcher was the man killed in that attack, which happened the same morning as two fatal shootings in Fargo.
We learned on August 13 that the victim of that assault had died after being hospitalized for over a week. Tabias Walker is currently charged with aggravated assault for that incident.
We have reached out to see if more charges are being considered after Pilcher’s death, but were told that the “State will not be making a statement regarding the case or any charging decisions until a meeting with Mr. Pilcher’s family has occurred.”
