Jesse T Hartshorne Obituary, Death; – The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office has confirmed the identity of a man who was fatally struck by a vehicle while jaywalking on the Northwest Side.
Jesse T. Hartshorne, aged 71, succumbed to blunt force trauma to the head, as reported by the medical examiner’s office. His death has been classified as an accident.
The incident occurred shortly before 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday in the 9700 block of Braun Road. According to police, Hartshorne had crossed the street when a car slowed to avoid him. He then entered an adjacent lane and was hit by a second vehicle. Hartshorne was pronounced dead after being transported in an ambulance.
