Jesse Luke Posey Obituary, Death; – The South Carolina Highway Patrol has reported that a motorcyclist passed away one month following a collision.
Troopers indicated that the individual was operating a 2024 Harley-Davidson motorcycle, heading east on Highway 178 near Mauldin Lake Road in Pickens County at approximately 1:36 a.m. on July 6. The motorcyclist collided with a deer, subsequently veering off the left side of the roadway and striking an embankment, according to the troopers.
Emergency medical services transported the motorcyclist to a nearby hospital, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries on Saturday, August 31. The Pickens County coroner’s office has identified the deceased as 29-year-old Jesse Luke Posey from Easley, South Carolina. Currently, no further details have been disclosed.
