Jesse Feger Obituary, Death; – The family of the victim of a homicide that occurred early last week in Sacramento is in mourning.

Feger was recognized for his willingness to assist others, including his sister, who lives with a disability and received his support in walking and opening items, as well as neighborhood children in their apartment complex who required help with bicycle repairs.

“The individual who took his life likely would have received assistance from Jesse at some point if he had needed it,” stated Laurie Trueax, Feger’s mother.

Who was Jesse Feger?

He was born in Tracy, raised in Oregon, and returned to California at the age of 19. He engaged in various odd jobs; he had a passion for repairing items and would resell them, as noted by his mother. “He was always eager to spend time teaching children how to do something new, such as changing a bike chain,” Fischer remarked.

She mentioned that her brother would also instruct her children on how to play games, hang items on the wall, and fold laundry. He was unique and had the ability to make anyone laugh, Fischer added.

“He was incredibly silly and playful,” his mother told ABC10.

Who stabbed Jesse Feger?
Trueax expressed that her understanding of the situation is that Feger went to Jack in the Box to purchase food and was allegedly attacked by Mason, who may have robbed him.

Mason was identified by a patrol sergeant on July 22 at a nearby gas station and subsequently booked into Sacramento County Main Jail following an interview with homicide detectives, according to police reports.

Mason is facing charges of murder and felony robbery, as indicated by jail records. He is not eligible for bail and is scheduled to appear on August 5 in Sacramento County Superior Court for a bail review and a settlement conference.
