Jerome Douglas Harper Obituary, Death; – Authorities have identified the individual who was fatally shot on Sunday morning in eastern El Paso.
The El Paso Police Department reported that 26-year-old Jerome Douglas Harper was pronounced dead around 4 a.m. following a shooting incident. His body was located at an apartment complex situated on the 6800 block of Bellrose Drive, in proximity to the intersection of Airway and Viscount Boulevard.
Details surrounding the circumstances of the shooting and the cause of Harper’s death remain limited; however, officials suspect that he died from a gunshot wound. The investigation is being conducted by the Crimes Against Persons unit of the EPPD.
