Jennifer Ballejo,Joriko Rubio Obituary, Death; – Two individuals have lost their lives following a collision involving two vehicles on Monday in Cedar Park.
As reported by the Cedar Park Police Department, 44-year-old Jennifer Ballejo was pronounced dead at the scene, while 17-year-old Joriko Rubio was later declared deceased at a hospital.
Authorities indicated that they received a report regarding the accident at approximately 10:20 p.m. on Monday, near the intersection of North Bell Boulevard and East New Hope Drive.
Further investigation revealed that one driver was exiting a gas station parking lot, while the other was traveling northbound on North Bell Boulevard at the moment of the incident.
Rubio was a passenger in Ballejo’s vehicle, and police confirmed that he succumbed to his injuries at the hospital following the accident. In contrast, the driver who was heading northbound on North Bell Boulevard was transported to a hospital, where they sustained serious injuries.
