Jeffrey Pogany Obituary, Death;- The Killeen Police Department has disclosed the identity of the victim involved in the deadly motorcycle accident that took place on I-14 last Thursday.
Authorities have confirmed that the deceased motorcyclist is 28-year-old Jeffrey Pogany. No further details regarding Pogany have been made public.
The identity of the juvenile driver of the vehicle that collided with Pogany’s motorcycle while attempting to overtake him remains undisclosed.

The Killeen Police Department attended to reports of a vehicular accident on westbound I-14 at the Trimmier overpass on September 18 at 4:17 a.m. Police indicated that the incident occurred when a motorcycle was struck by a personal vehicle traveling at a high speed.
Initial reports indicate that the motorcycle was heading westbound when a sedan attempted to overtake it and collided with it from behind, resulting in the crash.
The motorcyclist, now recognized as Jeffrey Pogany, was pronounced dead at the scene by Justice of the Peace Coleman.
Witnesses present at the scene stated that the sedan, a blue 2014 Honda operated by a juvenile male, was observed traveling at high speeds when it struck the motorcycle.
The juvenile driver of the sedan reportedly sustained no injuries, and no other injuries were reported.
The fatal accident led to the temporary closure of all westbound lanes of Interstate 14 near the Trimmier Road exit while police and emergency services managed the situation.
