Jayquan Jones Obituary, Death; – An investigation is underway in Tift County after a 18-year-old was found fatally shot at the Brookefield Meadows Apartments. According to the Tift County Coroner Josh Hendrix, the victim has been identified as Jayquan Jones and was found on Saturday, Oct. 20. The Tifton Police Department tells NEWSCHAIN that the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) will be working on this investigation.
