Jason Emerzian Obituary, Death; – A 44-year-old man tragically lost his life in a motorcycle accident on Route 16 in Dover, New Hampshire, on Monday. At approximately 12:48 p.m., state police responded to reports of a serious motorcycle crash on Route 16 south. Their investigation revealed that the incident involved a 2013 Harley-Davidson operated by Jason Emerzian, a resident of Exeter.
At the time of the accident, Emerzian was not wearing a helmet and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police reports. A passenger on the motorcycle sustained serious injuries and was transported to a local hospital, where they are expected to recover. The identity of the passenger has not been disclosed, and it remains unclear whether they were wearing a helmet.
State police indicated that the motorcycle was traveling south on Route 16 when Emerzian lost control and collided with the center median guardrail. The impact caused both riders to be ejected from the motorcycle, and Emerzian was subsequently struck by another vehicle.
