Jamesia Ruffin Obituary, Death; – The woman killed in a March fire has been identified.
The Montgomery County Coroner has determined Jamesia Ruffin, 34, cause of death as thermal burns. Her manner of death is undetermined.
In March, Dayton firefighters responded to Victor Avenue for a reported fire. Authorities said a body was recovered as crews completed the scene’s overhaul and final extinguishment.
No other injuries were reported.
