Jacqueline Bernette Breeland Obituary, Death; – A woman from Pennsylvania lost her life and another individual was injured late Friday night when an SUV overturned and ignited following a collision on County Road 519 in Warren County, as reported by authorities.
As stated by New Jersey State Police spokesperson Sgt. Jeffrey Lebron, troopers arrived at the scene at 11:19 p.m. on County Road 519 South, close to milepost 42.8 in White Township.
An initial investigation revealed that a Hyundai SUV was heading southbound when it deviated off the road to the right, collided with a large rock and a utility pole, and subsequently overturned. The vehicle then became completely engulfed in flames, according to Lebron.
The driver, identified as Jacqueline Bernette Breeland, 54, from Mahanoy City, Pennsylvania, suffered fatal injuries in the incident. A passenger in the vehicle sustained moderate injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation. No additional information was immediately available.
