Jacob Windsor Obituary, Death; – A 50-year-old man from Beloit has been identified as the victim of a fatal accident that occurred last week at the intersection of Portland Avenue and Moore Street.
Jacob Windsor was riding a “trike-style motorcycle” when he was struck by an SUV shortly before 5 p.m. on July 9, as reported by Beloit police. He succumbed to his injuries at a local hospital.
A 43-year-old woman from Beloit has been charged with failure to stop at a stop sign resulting in death, according to police. Investigators have stated that she is fully cooperating with the inquiry and did not seem to be under the influence at the time of the incident.
