Jackson Marlar Obituary, Death; – A Mississippi teenager was killed during a jet ski accident over Memorial Day weekend.
Lt. John McFerrin of the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks identified the victim as Jackson Marlar, 14. The accident happened late Friday afternoon near Goat Island, which is in Iuka, Mississippi.
McFerrin said two jet skis collided, and Marlar died at a hospital in Hardin County, Tennessee. He attended school in the Corinth School District.
In a Facebook post by the district, they wrote, “We are heartbroken by this loss, and we grieve with his family and friends.”
