Holli Wachilla Obituary, Death; A Plains Township woman was identified as the person killed in a three vehicle crash on state Route 315 on Monday.
Holli Wachilla, 32, died shortly after arriving at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, according to Luzerne County Coroner Dion Fernandes.
Wachilla, operating a Jeep, was involved in a crash with a tractor-trailer and another vehicle on Route 315 and Ridgewood Road at about 2:30 p.m.
A Pennsylvania State Police accident reconstruction team assisted Plains Township police in the investigation.
