Gilmore Couvillion Obituary, Death; – Troopers from the Louisiana State Police are conducting an investigation into a fatal accident involving a pedestrian that occurred in Iberville Parish on the morning of Friday, December 13.
As reported by the LSP, the incident took place at approximately 5:30 a.m. on Highway 75, east of Crochet Road in Sunshine. The victim has been identified as 66-year-old Gilmore Couvillion, a resident of Plaquemine. Authorities stated that Couvillion sustained severe injuries and subsequently passed away after being transported to the hospital.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
