Gilberto Ramirez Obituary, Death; – Officials from the Merced County Sheriff’s Office have reported that on August 20th, 2025, detectives were dispatched to the 4600 block of Hunt Road in Gustine to conduct a homicide investigation. The Merced County Coroner’s Office has confirmed the identity of the victim as 55-year-old Gilberto Ramirez, a resident of Gustine.
The Merced County Sheriff’s Office wishes to express our heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of the victim. The investigation is still ongoing.
