Franklyn Isaac Ochoa Corea Obituary, Death; – A man from the Birmingham area was discovered deceased on Tuesday evening in Jefferson County following a shooting incident. Shortly after 8:30 p.m., deputies from Jefferson County arrived in response to a report of an unresponsive individual located in the 5300 block of Ruby Carson Boulevard, situated in a neighborhood adjacent to Carson Road.
Upon their arrival, they found 37-year-old Franklyn Isaac Ochoa Corea, who had sustained gunshot wounds. The exact timing of the shooting remains undetermined, as stated by the coroner’s office. Center Point Fire & Rescue personnel arrived and declared him dead at the scene.
