Emiliano Quirino Obituary, Death; – A man has been charged in relation to a deadly shooting that occurred in the parking lot of a shopping center located in southeast Houston.
The incident took place during the early hours of Saturday, July 12, at a shopping center situated in the 3800 block of South Gessner Road.
HPD officers arrived at the scene and discovered Emiliano Quirino, 21, unresponsive and suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was declared dead at the scene.
The suspect has been identified as Isaac Biais, 21. He was apprehended on July 17 and charged with murder.
Authorities suspect that Quirino was present in the parking lot with others. An altercation occurred, which investigators believe escalated to Biais shooting Quirino before fleeing the scene in an unidentified vehicle.
Biais has been processed into Harris County Jail.
