Elise Cole Obituary, Death; On Monday night, a 16-year-old lost their life in an accident near Millard West High School, according to Omaha police. The incident took place at approximately 7:24 p.m. at the intersection of 176th and Q streets. Officers discovered a 2006 Ford F-350 and a 2017 Subaru Outback at the scene.
Both drivers were subsequently transported to the hospital, with one receiving CPR during transit. Elise Cole, the driver of the Subaru, was later pronounced dead at the hospital. Authorities reported that Christopher Luke, the 32-year-old driver of the truck, ran a red light prior to the collision, as stated by law enforcement present at the scene. The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
