Dulce Maria Martinez Guash Obituary, Death; – A man is accused of killing his mother in a shooting Thursday afternoon at an Arlington apartment complex, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said Friday.
Adiel Marquez Gonzalez, 20, was arrested Friday and charged with murder and kidnapping. The victim was identified as 48-year-old Dulce Maria Martinez Guash.
Officers responded to the Reserve at Waters apartment complex at 6100 Arlington Expressway around noon Thursday after reports of a domestic argument. Officers found an unresponsive woman inside an apartment. She was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
JSO said Thursday a “potential suspect” was in custody. “There is some type of violence that was committed towards her,” JSO Sgt. Lloyd said Thursday. “So we do suspect foul play.”
