Dragan Ciric Obituary, Death; – A Portage County motorcyclist was killed Sept. 14 in a crash on state Route 8 near milepost 21.
The Ohio Highway Patrol says Dragan Ciric, 69, of Ravenna, was traveling southbound on the state route in Northfield Village around 4:30 p.m. when the 1983 Honda Goldwing motorcycle he was driving went off the right side of the roadway and struck a curb and a utility pole.
Ciric was taken to Hillcrest Hospital where he later died.
Authorities say Ciric was riding alone and was not wearing a helmet.
The crash remains under investigation.
