Douglas Plumb Obituary, Death; – The individual who lost his life in the apartment fire in Canton last week has been named. According to an obituary, Douglas Plumb passed away on April 2 as a result of the fire at his residence. He was 68 years old.
The obituary highlights that “Doug was a gifted musician who took pleasure in repairing, creating, and playing various instruments. He had a deep affection for animals, and while you may not have known him personally, you would likely recognize him riding his scooter around Canton.”
Plumb tragically died in the fire that occurred last Wednesday at 5 State Street in Canton. Fortunately, four other residents of the multi-unit apartment building managed to escape unharmed. The cause of the fire has yet to be disclosed.
