Douglas Narlock Obituary, Death; – A 49-year-old motorcyclist tragically lost his life on Sunday in an accident involving a passenger van on the west side of the city, as reported by the Wausau Police Department.
The deceased has been identified as Douglas Narlock. A 44-year-old female passenger on the motorcycle sustained serious injuries in the incident. Emergency services from Wausau Police and Fire arrived at the scene around 4:30 p.m., located at the intersection of South Third Avenue and Rosecrans Street. Mr. Narlock was pronounced dead at the scene.
The five occupants of the van were unharmed. No further names have been disclosed, and authorities have not indicated whether any citations or arrests were made. The Wausau Police Department’s Crash Reconstruction Team is currently conducting an investigation into the incident.
