Donshay M Burton Obituary, Death; – A woman from Tuscaloosa and a 7-month-old infant lost their lives on Wednesday afternoon due to a fiery head-on collision in Bibb County.
Sergeant Reginal King, a representative of the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency State Troopers, confirmed the tragic incident on Thursday. King reported that 24-year-old Donshay M. Burton was operating a 2025 Kia K4 sedan on Bibb County Road 9 when she collided head-on with a 2019 Kia Sorento SUV.
According to ALEA, following the initial collision, the sedan erupted in flames. Both Burton and the 7-month-old passenger in the K4 sustained fatal injuries and were pronounced dead at the scene.
The 50-year-old woman driving the Sorento suffered injuries and was transported to the University of Alabama at Birmingham Hospital for medical care. King stated that the accident occurred on Bibb County Road 9 near Vance Road, just outside of West Blocton, in Bibb County.
