Donn Moore Death; – The Yuba County Sheriff’s Office (YCSO) has released the identity of the man killed in an officer-involved shooting in Browns Valley earlier this week. According to the YCSO, the man has been identified as Donn Moore, 22, of Browns Valley.
The YCSO said the deputies directly involved in the incident have been placed on administrative leave while the Yuba-Sutter Officer-Involved Shooting and Critical Incident Investigation Team is investigating the incident. Officials said additional updates will provide further transparency on the incident.
