Donald Brandon Franks Obituary, Death; A resident of Calhoun, GA, is confronting several charges following his involvement in a pursuit that led to a fatal accident.
According to the Georgia State Patrol, 44-year-old Matthew Allen Pickens was driving in a reckless manner and evading law enforcement shortly before he caused a head-on collision on Highway 53 in Gordon County.
Donald Brandon Franks, a 49-year-old man from Lookout Mountain, lost his life in the incident.
His online obituary indicates that Franks’ 35-year-old wife and 9-year-old son, who required airlifting, are currently in the process of recovering from their injuries.
